Issuance of RA number is not a guarantee that the product will be accepted for an exchange or return. Freight is to be pre-paid on all returns unless you call to receive special authorization from Robart Mfg.. Freight charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our facility. Please ship back by a tractable shipping company. (i.e. UPS or Fed-Ex)
Returns without RA # will be shipped back to the customer freight collect.
All warrantied products will be returned freight free within the United States. All warrantied products returned outside the US will incur a shipping charge to have the product shipped back. 
Returns sent COD will be refused. 
Sorry we can’t accept returns on Custom Made Retracts or Struts. In addition modifications made by customers will void the warranty and returns will be refused.
Robart Mfg. will only accept returns or exchanges if they were bought within 30 days and purchased directly from Robart Mfg. All returned merchandise must have a copy of the receipt and be in original packaging.
